The laboratory is on the cutting edge of computer and information technology, offering students access to personal multimedia computers, high-speed laser printers, color scanners, general business software packages, special travel industry software packages, and the Internet and World Wide Web. An extensive collection of multimedia software and hardware helps students create state-of-the-art presentation materials and links them to the outside world through the Internet. A number of courses offered focus on the use of computer information systems for decision-making in various sectors of the travel industry and the impact of technological innovation on the travel industry.
