Robin Hadwick, M.B.A.
Robin Hadwick
is an instructor of courses in management, transportation and
the airline industry at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. He
has twenty-five years of experience in the customer service
industry, including service as a director of customer service
for Northwest Airlines, where he lead the Detroit In-flight
Services Department , comprised of twenty managers and four
thousand flight attendants.
Mr. Hadwick
earned his bachelor’s degree studying Economics at the
University of Michigan and his MBA at the University of
Hawai‘i. He has completed course work in his pursuit of a Ph.D.
in International Management at the Shidler College of Business
at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. He has previously taught
business courses at Hawaii Pacific University and the University
of Toledo.
