UHM Singapore, Ltd.
The University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa (UHM) knows
that in today’s global economy, the Asia-Pacific arena is a thriving region of
growth and development. Singapore is uniquely positioned as the heartbeat of
Asia and the Pacific Rim, and serves as an important leader in education as the
schoolhouse of Asia. UHM recognizes the important role that it will play in the
future development of Asia and the Pacific’s upcoming leaders. It has chosen to
establish itself in Singapore, in the middle of it all.
Through UHM Singapore Ltd., the university will:
- Operate Singapore-based education programs leading to educational degrees
granted by the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa
- Engage in activities related to teaching, research, consultancy and the
advancement of education
Established in 2007, UHM Singapore Ltd. was created to serve as the
Singapore-based operational entity of the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa,
located on the island of O‘ahu, Hawai‘i, United States. UHM Singapore Ltd. is a
company limited by guarantee; Registration No. 200717002W.
